Assistant Coaches

New Age is seeking the services of two assistant coaches from September 2016.

Key responsibilities and tasks

• ·         Teaching our progressive junior tennis programme at the Club
• ·         Doing primary & pre school coaching in the mornings and encouraging children into the Club’s junior program.
• ·         Presenting a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• ·         Being punctual to all lessons and meetings 

Qualifications and experience

• ·         Tennis New Zealand Registered coach
• ·         Working with Children Check
• ·         Minimum 2 Years Coaching Experience
• ·         Experience of coaching both adults and juniors of varying abilities
• ·         Entitled to work in New Zealand

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• ·         Able to deliver quality, fun, engaging and safe lessons and sessions  
• ·         Communicates easily and effectively with members, the coaching team and visitors of all ages, skill levels and nationalities
• ·         Enthusiastic, self-motivated and punctual 
• ·         A well organised person both on and off the court
